## Description

Remote VA is seeking an experienced and strategic **Head Recruiter** to lead our recruitment team and drive our talent acquisition efforts. In this leadership role, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, develop innovative hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process that attracts top-tier candidates aligned with our company culture.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing mentorship and support to ensure high performance.
-   Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet company hiring goals.
-   Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify staffing needs and role requirements.
-   Oversee sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process.
-   Utilize applicant tracking systems and data analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve processes.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.
-   Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness to potential candidates.
-   Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
-   Manage recruitment budgets and optimize resource allocation.
-   Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment operations.

## Requirements

### Qualifications:

-   Proven experience as a senior recruiter or head of recruitment, preferably in a remote work environment.
-   Strong leadership and team management skills.
-   Excellent knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and HR best practices.
-   Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
-   Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-   Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
-   Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
