**Job Title:** 3rd Shift HI LO Operator

**Location:** G.Z.Q.S.O., Sterling Heights, MI

**Shift:** 3rd Shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.)

**Pay Rate:** Competitive hourly wage

**Position Overview:**

G.Z.Q.S.O. is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious 3rd Shift HI LO Operator to join our team. The HI LO Operator will be responsible for safely operating high-lift forklifts to move, load, and unload products and materials in a timely and efficient manner during the overnight shift.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Operate high-lift (HI LO) forklift equipment safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse or production floor.
-   Load and unload trucks and stock materials in designated locations.
-   Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
-   Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
-   Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization as needed.
-   Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding work status and issues.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Prior experience operating HI LO or forklift equipment preferred.
-   Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
-   Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.
-   Strong attention to safety and detail.
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
-   Must pass background check and drug screening.
