### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, exemplifying the standards of luxury service.
-   Assist customers with inquiries about luxury products, orders, and services, ensuring a personalized and attentive experience.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and heighten customer satisfaction.
-   Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about the latest luxury trends and products.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   A strong passion for customer service, luxury brands, and retail excellence.
-   Previous experience in customer support or luxury retail is a plus.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-   A proactive team player with an elegant approach to customer interaction.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
-   Ability to create a positive and memorable customer experience in high-end retail settings.
