### About the Role

We are hiring an Associate Content Writer to support our consulting team in crafting compelling, structured, and authentic application content. This is not a generic editing role - you will help translate complex student journeys into clear, powerful narratives that determine where they study, work, and build their future.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Understand each student’s background, motivations, and long-term goals
-   Translate consultant inputs into well-structured SOPs, essays, resumes, and LOR drafts
-   Ensure clarity, tone, coherence, and authenticity across multiple drafts
-   Maintain consistency across multi-essay and multi-university applications
-   Work closely with consultants to refine positioning and narrative strength
-   Meet strict submission deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
-   Continuously improve drafting structure and storytelling frameworks

### What We’re Looking For

-   Strong written English with excellent grammar and structure
-   High emotional intelligence and ability to understand nuance
-   Genuine interest in people’s journeys and storytelling
-   Attention to detail and clarity in long-form writing
-   Ability to work under tight timelines
-   Ownership mindset and accountability for output quality

### Preferred Background

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Political Science, Liberal Arts, or related disciplines. Prior experience in long-form writing is preferred.
