### **What's the role?**

As a Data Analyst at PXGEO, you are responsible for supporting the development, design, integration, and deployment of business intelligence solutions, including data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics tools. The role provides data management and analysis capabilities for current solutions, evaluates and implements new technologies to meet changing business needs in cost-effective ways, and ensures data accuracy and accessibility for decision-making purposes. Key responsibilities include:

**Power BI Dashboard Development**

-   Design, build, and update interactive Power BI dashboards with a strong focus on clarity and user experience.
-   Create and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and time‑intelligence metrics.
-   Build efficient data models (relationships, hierarchies, star schema basics).
-   Ensure dashboards are accurate, well‑documented, and delivered on time.

**Business Intelligence and Analytics**

-   Assisting in the development and implementation of predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support business goals and objectives.
-   Performing and supporting data analysis, data mining, and data modeling activities to support business decision-making and identify trends, patterns and anomalies in business data.
-   Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
-   Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and create analytics solutions that address their needs.

**Data Governance & Complianc**e

-   Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations and guidelines.
-   Collaborating with the IT team to implement and maintain data access controls and security measures.

### **Who are we looking for?**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field,
-   At least 2 years of experience in data analytics and BI roles.
-   Technical knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, Power BI
-   Basic knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses.
-   Basic knowledge of Python.
-   Proficiency in Power BI design and visualization.
-   Working knowledge of finance.
-   Solid understanding of data modeling.
-   Certification in a relevant data analytics or BI framework is a plus.
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills to engage with both IT and business staff.
-   Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
-   Excellent problem investigation and solving abilities.
-   Ability to manage time and prioritize workload under pressure.
-   Highly disciplined and adept at producing and maintaining documentation.
-   Ability to work outside of normal office hours, when required by the business.
