## Description

TBA Studio is seeking a Construction Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects during the construction phase. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being highly organized, detail-oriented, and closely connected to both project teams and field activity.

You’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving—coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and serving as a central point of communication between internal teams and contractors.

This is a great opportunity for someone with construction administration or project coordination experience who is ready to grow within a collaborative, design-focused environment.

**What You’ll Do**

**Construction Phase Coordination**

·         Support pre-construction and construction activities across multiple projects

·         Coordinate meetings and distribute clear, timely meeting notes

·         Maintain organized project records (RFIs, submittals, change orders, field reports)

·         Track open items and follow up to keep projects moving forward

**Documentation & Communication**

·         Manage RFI and submittal workflows in coordination with project teams

·         Assist with preparation and distribution of construction documents and contracts

·         Maintain contractor compliance documentation (insurance, bonds, etc.)

**Pay Applications & Change Orders**

·         Review contractor pay applications for accuracy and completeness

·         Coordinate internal review and assist with verification of progress

·         Track and process change orders, including documentation and approvals

**Field & Project Support**

·         Conduct periodic site visits to observe progress and document conditions

·         Prepare field reports with photos and key updates

·         Communicate project status, risks, and needs with internal teams

**Project Closeout**

·         Coordinate and complete punch lists and track completion

·         Assist with substantial completion and closeout documentation

·         Compile final project closeout packages

## Requirements

·         1-5 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or similar role

·         Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field preferred

·         Familiarity with construction documentation and processes

·         Experience working with contractors and project teams
