## Description

### Responsibilities

-   Lead your crew on daily job sites
-   Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
-   Supervise and train workers and crew members
-   Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
-   Supervise the use of equipment
-   Resolve problems when they arise

## Requirements

-   Residential Solar Installation experience (2+ years preferred)
-   Roofing experience a plus
-   Electrical experience a plus
-   Valid Drivers License required
-   Proven experience as a solar foreman
-   In-depth knowledge of solar construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
-   Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-   Ability to communicate and report effectively
-   Good physical condition and stamina
-   High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)
