## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking highly motivated Spanish-Speaking Transportation Customer Experts to join our dynamic team in Greece. In this role, you will provide professional and efficient customer service to Spanish-speaking clients within the transportation sector, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients concerning transportation services and inquiries.
-   Assist customers with bookings, scheduling, and issue resolution through various communication methods.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM platforms.
-   Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless and effective transportation operations.
-   Stay informed about current transportation policies, products, and procedures to provide accurate guidance to customers.
-   Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery processes.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required; good command of English is an advantage.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and transportation industry software is beneficial.
-   Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
-   Willingness to work and reside in Greece, comfortable in a multicultural workplace.
