## Description

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dynamic and innovative **Head of Primary** for our National School, starting in January 2026. This leadership position is essential for advancing our educational standards and enhancing the learning experience for all primary students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop, implement, and evaluate the primary curriculum in line with national education standards and best practices.
-   Provide instructional leadership and support staff in employing effective teaching strategies and differentiation to meet diverse student needs.
-   Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
-   Lead and manage a team of primary teachers, providing mentorship, professional development, and performance evaluations.
-   Monitor and assess student progress, using data to inform instructional practices and drive student achievement.
-   Engage with parents and the broader community to build strong partnerships that support the school's mission and enhance student success.
-   Participate in school leadership meetings, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the school.
-   Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding policies to maintain high standards of safety and wellbeing for students.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
-   At least 5 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a primary education setting.
-   Strong understanding of primary education pedagogy and national curriculum standards.
-   Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team of educators.
-   Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
-   Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful school culture that promotes the wellbeing of all students.
-   Experience with curriculum development and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
