## Description

**Role: IT Project Manager – Databricks**

**Experience: 8–20 Years**

We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to manage data engineering projects involving **Databricks, Spark, and ETL**. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, planning, and coordination across business and technical teams.

**Key Skills & Responsibilities:**

-   Strong experience in **Data Project Management** and end-to-end delivery.
-   Good understanding of **Databricks, Apache Spark, and ETL** processes.
-   Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources.
-   Coordinate with data engineering, architecture, business, and client teams.
-   Drive project planning, status reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
-   **PMP certification** is required/preferred.
-   Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.

**Must Have:** PMP, Databricks, Spark, ETL, Data Project Management.

Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and business stakeholders/vendors.
