Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is delighted to announce an excellent opportunity for a German Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers fully paid relocation, giving you the chance to work in a vibrant international environment while contributing to the safety and trust of our digital platforms.

In this role, your expertise in German language and culture will be key to fostering a safe and respectful online environment for German-speaking users. You will be responsible for monitoring content, addressing safety concerns, and working closely with other teams to drive continuous improvements in our digital trust strategies.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor digital content and user interactions to ensure compliance with trust and safety policies.
-   Identify and escalate issues related to harmful content or behavior promptly.
-   Engage with users in German to resolve trust and safety matters effectively.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety protocols and user experience.
-   Analyze safety trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
-   Stay informed of industry regulations and best practices related to digital safety.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
-   Your native language and nationality must be clearly mentioned in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Capability to work both independently and within multicultural teams.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation package provided.
