## Description

Las Vegas RV Resort is looking for a dependable, hands-on **Maintenance & Patrol team member** to join our resort staff. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and residents.

The ideal candidate is reliable, observant, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently while providing excellent customer service.

### Responsibilities

-   Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the RV resort and common areas.
-   Inspect facilities, grounds, equipment, and amenities and report maintenance concerns.
-   Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner.
-   Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general repair tasks as needed.
-   Conduct regular patrols of the property to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
-   Monitor resort grounds and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or rule violations to management.
-   Assist guests and residents with questions or maintenance-related concerns in a professional manner.
-   Keep work areas, equipment, and resort grounds clean and orderly.
-   Assist with seasonal projects, preventative maintenance, and other duties as assigned.
-   Follow all resort safety procedures and policies.

## Requirements

-   Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, property maintenance, security/patrol, or related experience preferred.
-   Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair work.
-   Ability to identify and address safety hazards.
-   Strong communication and customer-service skills.
-   Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
-   Ability to prioritize tasks and respond appropriately to maintenance or property concerns.
-   Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
-   Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and perform physical maintenance duties as required.
-   Valid driver's license required.
-   Must pass background check.
