## Description

-   Translate business needs into technical specs for data engineers; define and validate data quality across ETL processes and systems
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT functional and Technical Teams) to support Data Engineers build the data products.
-   Analyze complex SAP/Non-SAP datasets to help in data modeling
-   Support data mappings, verify the correctness of Data Products and adhering to Data Quality Norms  Develop data collection and automation workflows using cloud services and analytics tools.
-   Provide insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
-   Mentor junior analysts on analytics best practices, data modeling, and coding standards.

## Requirements

Required Qualifications:

-   7-9+ years of professional experience in data analysis with demonstrated expertise in both SAP and Non-SAP environments.
-   Exposure in SQL, Python, or R and Azure Services like ADF, DataBricks etc.,
-   Strong technical expertise in data modelling, analytical and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistical, Business or equivalent work experience.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large, complex datasets and draw meaningful insights.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa. Preferred Skills/Experience:
-   Exposure to machine learning and advanced predictive analytics.
-   Familiarity with Azure based cloud data platforms
-   Understanding of data governance frameworks and adhereing governance across all data products verification, quality etc.,
-   Experience working in Manufacturing Industries as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Functional Consultant.
