## Description

**The Role: Weekend Administrator**

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Weekend & Bank Holiday Administrator to play a vital role in supporting our service operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

This is a fully remote position, however, successful candidates must be able to travel to Southampton or Peterborough for initial training and onboarding.

Hours for the role will be 07:00 to 16:00, Saturdays and Sundays and 07:00 to 16:00 on UK Bank Holidays.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

-   Be the first point of contact for customer calls and enquiries, providing updates and resolving issues efficiently.
-   Raise and manage service requests, repairs, and parts orders through internal systems.
-   Schedule and coordinate engineer call-outs, ensuring the right resource is assigned at the right time.
-   Monitor customer inboxes and respond promptly to enquiries.
-   Maintain accurate records and case information to support high service standards.
-   Liaise with engineers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
-   Produce operational reports and support daily service activities alongside the Service Delivery Manager.
-   Identify and escalate service issues, delays, or risks where necessary.

## Requirements

-   Previous administration and/or customer service experience.
-   Excellent communication and telephone skills.
-   Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
-   Confidence working independently in a remote environment.
-   Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-   Ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure.
-   Experience in service desk, scheduling, logistics, or field service environments would be advantageous.
