## Description

The BIM Coordinator will lead AMODA's BIM implementation by developing, governing, and continuously improving the company's Revit standards and workflows.

This role is responsible for ensuring that the entire design process, from architectural concept, engineering coordination, to drafting documentation, is executed directly within Revit, eliminating inefficient conversions from AutoCAD or SketchUp.

As a cross-functional partner to the Design, Engineering, Product, and Project Delivery teams, the BIM Coordinator will establish BIM governance, improve collaboration across disciplines, and ensure project documentation is accurate, standardized, and scalable as AMODA continues to grow.

### Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement company-wide BIM standards, Revit templates, libraries, SOPs, and best practices.
- Establish integrated BIM workflows from concept design through engineering coordination and construction documentation.
- Lead the transition from AutoCAD and SketchUp-based processes to a Revit-first workflow.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to ensure consistency, constructability, and design integration.
- Review BIM models for quality, completeness, clashes, and compliance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain standardized Revit families, templates, and BIM libraries.
- Monitor BIM adoption and ensure consistent implementation across relevant teams and projects.
- Identify workflow gaps and implement improvements to increase design accuracy and team productivity.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve BIM- or Revit-related issues during project development.
- Train and mentor designers, engineers, and drafters on Revit standards and BIM best practices.
- Maintain BIM documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, and Project Delivery teams to support effective project execution.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, Revit implementation, or design engineering.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit across multidisciplinary projects.
- Proven experience developing BIM standards, SOPs, templates, Revit families, and project workflows.
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP coordination, clash detection, and construction documentation.
- Experience leading BIM implementation, workflow standardization, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Navisworks, or other BIM collaboration platforms.
- Strong communication, coordination, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in modular construction, prefabrication, or industrialized building systems is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 or other BIM governance standards is an advantage.
