### Responsibilities

## Requirements

\- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a related field.

\- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in digital solutions, automation, application development, or technology-related roles.

\- Knowledge of or strong interest in app development, low-code/no-code platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.

\- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint is preferred.

\- Understanding of data management, system integration, and workflow automation concepts.

\- Ability to analyze data and convert business requirements into practical digital solutions.

\- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

\- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

\- Demonstrated learning agility with a passion for innovation, technology, and continuous improvement.

\- Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to enhance the employee experience through digital solutions.
