Overview

Dane Street is seeking experienced **Board-Certified Otolaryngologists (ENT physicians)** to join our growing team of expert clinical reviewers. In this role, you will apply your specialized otolaryngology expertise to conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical cases and provide objective, evidence-based medical advisory opinions.

This is a fully remote opportunity that allows you to customize your schedule while working as a **1099 independent contractor**.

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing medical records, clinical documentation, diagnostic reports, and treatment records; preparing clear and concise clinical summaries; and responding to specific questions from clients related to otolaryngologic care.

This role involves **advisory medical record reviews only** and does not involve peer-to-peer discussions, calls, or direct patient care.

Areas of Expertise

We are currently seeking professionals with expertise in:

-   General Otolaryngology
-   Ear, nose, and throat (ENT) conditions
-   Head and neck disorders
-   Otologic and neurotologic conditions
-   Rhinology and sinus disorders
-   Laryngology and voice disorders
-   Sleep-related ENT conditions
-   Head and neck surgery
-   Evaluation of ENT procedures and treatment
-   Evaluation of medical records and clinical documentation
-   Evidence-based assessment of otolaryngologic care

Requirements

-   MD or DO from an accredited medical school
-   **Board Certification in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery**
-   Current, unrestricted **Nebraska medical license**
-   Minimum of **5+ years of clinical experience** in Otolaryngology
-   Ability to attend all required orientation and training sessions
-   Maintains appropriate credentialing, state licensure, board certification, and any certifications required to perform the role
-   YouStrong clinical judgment and ability to communicate findings clearly and objectively in written form
-   Experience reviewing medical records and clinical documentation
-   Ability to provide concise, well-supported, evidence-based clinical opinions
