**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for a **Junior Treasury Analyst** to join our P3 team in **Prague (Czech Republic).  
**

**Purpose of the Role**

The **Junior Treasury Analyst** plays a key role for the management of the Group’s liquidity, coordinating and executing cash management activities to support the Treasury function. The role ensures accurate cash analysis and timely execution of activities adhering to the treasury policies and procedures, providing a continuous process improvement across systems and workflows.

**SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU**

**Cash Management**

-   Manage the daily group cash positions, ensuring sufficient liquidity in different currencies, initiate and execute funds movement.
-   Manage Intercompany funding requests from financial teams and evaluate these requests according to the Intercompany funding policies.
-   Perform ad-hoc bank reconciliations, cash analysis and daily treasury operations.
-   Contribute to group cash forecast with the objective to optimize group liquidity management.
-   Support financial quarterly and monthly closing processes for treasury related activities, which will include inter-company loan positions, balance reconciliations and accounting reviews.
-   Interact daily with partner banks and support in performing analytical reviews of banking services and fees.
-   Support the opening, closing and maintenance of group bank accounts with partner banks.  
    

**Systems implementation & treasury projects**

-   Support the implementation of cash management systems cooperating with local finance teams and IT.
-   Maintain and manage the group treasury systems (Treasury Management System and Payment system), online web banking, participate in systems’ implementations as required.
-   Interact with a variety of functional areas within the company, including Finance, Tax, Legal, IT.
-   Participate in cross functional projects related to strategic treasury initiatives.
-   Support the constant review of Treasury processes, policies, procedures, and controls

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE**

-   Degree in Business Administration or related field, ideally complemented by relevant IT coursework.
-   1–2 years of experience in cash management or through relevant internships / traineeships.
-   Strong English communication skills.
-   Advanced IT skills (experience with AI / automation is a plus).
-   Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
-   Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail.
