**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Location:** Montana  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Position Summary**

We are seeking a Montana-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families. The position is centered on relationship and family-focused care, with clients who may be dealing with communication difficulties, conflict, household stress, emotional concerns, or significant changes in their lives.

You’ll manage a regular caseload and have the opportunity to use your clinical experience to shape the direction of treatment. Along with client sessions, the role includes case review, clinical follow-up, and coordination when additional support is appropriate.

**Responsibilities**

Manage an assigned caseload and maintain scheduled client appointments

-   Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy through telehealth
-   Review referrals and determine whether services are appropriate
-   Prepare for sessions by reviewing relevant case information
-   Help clients work through communication problems, family conflict, relationship concerns, and emotional challenges
-   Conduct risk screenings and respond appropriately to urgent concerns
-   Provide referrals or community resources when additional services are needed

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
-   Active Montana LMFT license in good standing
-   At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
-   Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
-   Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
-   Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth setting
