This role is tailored for dynamic individuals who are excited about helping clients create unforgettable travel experiences while providing exceptional customer support.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients across various platforms including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with booking inquiries, travel arrangements, and general information related to hospitality services.
-   Handle client complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and fostering customer loyalty.
-   Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance their travel experience.
-   Stay informed about the latest promotions, packages, and services offered by the company.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately to support service quality and compliance.
-   Promote company values and represent the brand positively to all customers.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is highly desirable.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-   Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-   A passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences.
