## Description

Apt Resources is seeking a passionate Head of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts of a large and diversified business group headquartered in the **Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)**. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in promoting high-end luxury lifestyle brands, hospitality and Supermarkets.

In this leadership role, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for **developing and executing comprehensive marketing and digital marketing strategies** that align with the organization’s overall objectives and strengthen brand visibility across the market. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives effectively support product launches, drive customer engagement, and contribute to achieving business growth targets.

### Responsibilities:

-   Develop and implement comprehensive and digital marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition and market share.
-   Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance.
-   Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for growth.
-   Oversee the execution of all marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
-   Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts and ROI.
-   Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
-   Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
-   Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar position, preferably within hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle brands.
-   Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
-   Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
-   Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-   Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
-   Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.
-   Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
-   Willing to relocate and work in Congo (DRC)

**Salary:** USD 2,500 plus free Accommodation, Transport and Food allowance.
