## Description

Join our team and be part of the continued success of Bali’s largest integrated resort.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress to provide excellent service to our guests at AYANA Hospitality.

**Summary of Responsibilities:**

-   Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
-   Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items
-   Take orders accurately and efficiently
-   Serve food and beverages promptly
-   Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
-   Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area
-   Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
-   Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience
-   Handle cash and process payments accurately

## Requirements

-   Indonesian citizen
-   Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a restaurant or bar
-   Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
-   Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
-   Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field is desirable
