### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide professional and efficient support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding financial products and services through multiple communication channels.
-   Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and problem resolution.
-   Stay updated with the latest financial industry trends, company products, and regulatory requirements.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish and good command of English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in financial customer service or a related field is advantageous.
-   Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
-   Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
-   Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a diverse multicultural working environment.
