**Role Overview**  
We're hiring PMHNP-BC clinicians to provide on-site and telehealth behavioral health services for residents in Assisted Living/RCFE communities across **LA and OC**, providing consistent, predictable volume.

**What You'll Do**

-   Psych evals & follow-ups; med initiation/titration/monitoring
-   Coordinate with PCPs, facilities, families/POAs, and our concierge team
-   Same-day documentation in EMR; regulatory/CMS compliance
-   Staff education (behavior plans, safety, de-escalation basics)

## Requirements

-   PMHNP-BC; active CA NP & RN licenses; active furnishing, NPI, DEA, BLS

-   Senior living/ALF/RCFE experience preferred; EMR proficiency

**Compensation (CA pay transparency)**  
Annual compensation range: $175,000–$210,000 (based on experience, schedule, and patient volume)  
Additional earning opportunities available based on coverage and panel needs  
W-2; mileage reimbursed per policy  
Final terms outlined in the employment agreement

**Schedule & Setting**  
Part-time; weekday blocks preferred. Clustered **LA and OC** routes with optional tele blocks.
