## Description

Vertex LLC is a leading behavioral health organization located in New York City, committed to providing exceptional care to individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health disorders. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive OASAS Facilities Coordinator to manage and oversee the maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance of all OASAS-licensed facilities. The Facilities Coordinator will ensure that all sites meet organizational standards and OASAS requirements, supporting the ongoing delivery of high-quality services in a safe and well-maintained environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Manage day-to-day operations of facility maintenance and safety across all OASAS-licensed sites.
-   Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with OASAS standards and local regulations.
-   Serve as liaison with vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies regarding facility-related issues.
-   Maintain up-to-date records of facility inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation.
-   Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to address facility needs and support program operations.
-   Assist with emergency preparedness planning and implementation to ensure client and staff safety.
-   Support budgeting and procurement processes related to facility management.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in facilities coordination, management, or a related field, preferably within healthcare or behavioral health settings.
-   Knowledge of OASAS regulations and facility compliance standards is highly desirable.
-   Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
-   Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage vendor relationships effectively.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency preparedness planning.
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility management software.
