### Aerospace Industrial Painter

**Pay:** $17.00–$18.00 per hour (Based on Experience)  
**Exceptional candidates with relevant experience may earn up to $22.00 per hour.**

### Available Shifts

-   **1st Shift:** 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
-   **2nd Shift:** 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)

### Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented **Industrial Painters** to join our client's team. This position is responsible for applying coatings to aerospace components while maintaining the highest standards of quality, precision, and safety.

### Responsibilities

-   Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings according to specifications.
-   Operate spray painting equipment and other related tools.
-   Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet aerospace standards.
-   Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
-   Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.
-   Complete required documentation accurately.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or GED required.

-   Industrial painting experience preferred.
-   Stable work history with demonstrated job longevity.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-   Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
-   Must be able to pass a **DOT-required urine drug screening (UA)** prior to employment.
