### Line Production Operatives

**Newstaff Employment Services, Milton Keynes** are working in partnership with a leading **FMCG manufacturing company** based in Milton Keynes.

We are currently recruiting **Line Production Operatives** to join our client's busy production team. This is an excellent **temp-to-perm opportunity** for reliable candidates looking for long-term employment.

### Duties

-   Erecting cardboard cartons and attaching labels
-   Carrying out quality inspections on products
-   Stacking completed boxes onto pallets
-   Moving cartons and bulk bins to and from production machines
-   Completing production paperwork accurately
-   Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the production area
-   Following all health and safety procedures

### Requirements

-   Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
-   Able to read and write English with good numerical skills
-   Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
-   Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential

### Shift Pattern & Pay

-   **Training:** Monday to Thursday – **£12.95 per hour**
-   **Permanent Shift:** Tuesday to Friday, **8:00am – 8:00pm** – **£15.80 per hour**
-   **Permanent Shift: Sunday to Wednesday 8:00pm - 8am - £17.74 per hour**
-   **This role is based in Milton Keynes (buckinghamshire)**
