## Description

LSH Auto is looking for a motivated Retail Business Manager to lead our retail sales operations and contribute to the continued success of our automotive dealership in Whitefield. This role involves managing a high-performing sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth and enhancing profitability while fostering a positive and professional retail environment.

**Working Hours:** 40 hours per week

**Salary:** Competitive salary with OTE up to £65,000

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and develop a retail sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
-   Implement sales strategies and monitor market trends to capitalize on business opportunities.
-   Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure superior service delivery.
-   Manage retail operations, including inventory and merchandising.
-   Collaborate with other departments to maximize brand presence and customer engagement.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Proven experience in a Retail Business Manager or similar role within the automotive sector.
-   Strong leadership and team management skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Ability to analyze sales data and respond with proactive strategies.
-   Customer-focused approach with a commitment to high service standards.
-   Valid UK driving licence.
