Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Construction Industry. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a strong customer service orientation and are interested in supporting clients in a dynamic and growing sector.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to construction products, services, and project support.
-   Handle order processing, product availability checks, and shipping inquiries.
-   Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
-   Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry and the company’s product offerings.
-   Document all customer interactions meticulously to facilitate further communication and service improvements.
-   Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to address customer needs effectively.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to handle tough situations with professionalism and provide effective solutions.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
