## Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented **Senior Site QA/QC Engineer** with **7 to 10 years of experience** to join our engineering team. In this role, you will lead quality control and quality assurance operations for a premium residential compound project featuring luxury villas and townhouses.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all civil, architectural, and finishing works strictly comply with project specifications, international engineering standards, local building codes, and safety protocols.

### **\[Key Responsibilities\]**

-   **Quality Assurance & Control:** Develop, implement, and monitor the project Quality Management System (QMS), Project Quality Plan (PQP), and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
-   **Site Inspections:** Conduct daily site inspections for all construction stages (earthworks, concrete structures, masonry, waterproofing, high-end architectural finishes, and MEP integration for villas and townhouses).
-   **Defect Management:** Raise, track, and close non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective/preventive actions are executed by contractors and subcontractors.
-   **Snagging & Handover:** Lead the snagging and de-snagging process for individual villas and townhouses prior to client handover, ensuring zero-defect deliverables.
-   **Testing & Approvals:** Oversee material sampling, laboratory testing (concrete, soil, steel, finishing materials), and review field test reports to ensure compliance.
-   **Documentation:** Review and approve Method Statements, Material Submittals, and Inspection Requests (IRs). Maintain thorough quality logs and inspection records.
-   **Coordination:** Coordinate closely with Consultant Engineers, Project Managers, Site Construction Teams, and Subcontractors to resolve quality issues efficiently.

## Requirements

**Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.

**Experience:** **7 to 10 years** of total site experience in QA/QC roles, with a strong focus on **large-scale residential projects (specifically compound projects, villas, and townhouses)**.

**Technical Knowledge:** Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, finishing standards, QA/QC tools, and ISO 9001 quality management systems.

**Finishing Expertise:** Strong background in inspectable high-end architectural finishes, waterproofing systems, and structural works.

**Certifications:** CSWIP, AWS, ISO Lead Auditor, or PMP certification is a strong plus.

**Skills:** Excellent communication, leadership, technical reporting, and problem-solving skills.

**Software:** Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex).
