## Description

**Location: Guimarães, Portugal | Full-time**

Are you fluent in French and looking for an exciting career opportunity in customer service?

We are currently recruiting **French-Speaking Customer Service Advisors** to join a customer service project for a major electricity and gas provider operating in the French market.

### **Your Responsibilities**

-   Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries related to electricity and gas services.
-   Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
-   Deliver professional, personalized, and high-quality customer service.
-   Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving performance targets.

## Requirements

-   **C1 or C2 level of French**, both written and spoken (mandatory).
-   Currently residing in Portugal.
-   Legally authorized to work in Portugal.
-   Excellent communication and listening skills.
-   Customer-oriented, motivated, and proactive.
-   Willingness to work flexible and rotating schedules.

### **Employment Conditions**

-   **Location:** Guimarães, Portugal.
-   **Contract:** Employment contract starting on the first day of training.
-   **Training:** Paid initial training.
-   **Working hours:** Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day).
-   **Schedule:** Variable and rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday.
-   **Work arrangement:** On-site during the first 3 to 4 months, with the possibility of working remotely afterward, subject to consistently meeting performance targets.
-   **Salary:** \[Monthly gross salary × 14 payments\].
