Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce that we are actively seeking Norwegian-speaking individuals to join our prestigious Fashion & Luxury Brand department as Customer Service Representatives. This position offers a distinctive and rewarding opportunity to become an essential member of a team dedicated to excellence, serving a discerning clientele who have a deep appreciation for the finest and most exclusive fashion and luxury goods available in the market.

In this role, you will take on the important responsibility of delivering exceptional support to our Norwegian-speaking customers. This includes attentively addressing their inquiries with care and professionalism, efficiently managing and processing their orders with precision, and thoughtfully resolving any issues or concerns they may have related to our upscale and premium fashion products. Your efforts will be instrumental in fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring complete satisfaction, and upholding the esteemed reputation of our brand by providing personalized, high-quality service that reflects the luxury standards our customers expect and deserve.

### Your Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients.
-   Manage customer inquiries about products, orders, and returns with efficiency and professionalism.
-   Maintain a courteous and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
-   Accurately document customer conversations to support continuous service improvements.
-   Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
-   Minimum of B2 level in English
-   Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
-   Experience in customer service or the fashion/luxury sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
-   Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
