### Job Overview

As a German Speaking Junior Recruiter, you will be the bridge between top-tier talent and our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to launch their career in a supportive, high-impact environment. You will work closely with our People & Culture team to identify, connect with, and welcome new team members who share our passion for excellence. Since you will be engaging primarily with German-speaking markets, your language skills will be used daily to build relationships and ensure we find the right fit for our consulting projects. You will have a direct impact on our culture by helping us grow our community of talented professionals.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Proactively source and attract candidates for our consulting-focused customer support roles.
-   Conduct initial screenings and interviews in German to assess candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
-   Manage the candidate experience from the first point of contact through to the offer stage.
-   Collaborate with the People & Culture team to refine recruitment strategies for the DACH region.
-   Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
-   Represent the PMC Global brand with energy and professionalism to prospective team members.

## Requirements

-   C1 or native proficiency in German.
-   A valid European passport (or EU citizenship).
-   A genuine passion for connecting with people and learning new skills.
-   Excellent communication skills and an approachable, friendly demeanor.
-   A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
-   A strong sense of empathy and a desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
