**About the Role**

Idoven is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Operations team. You will serve as the connective tissue across our organisation — acting as a bridge between Clinical, Commercial, and Tech teams, aligning them around shared goals, resources, and timelines. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of complexity and clarity.

**Responsibilities**

-   Lead strategic calls with customers and partners, pushing back when needed. 
-   Translate deals into cross-departmental projects/tasks. 
-   Drive initiatives across integrations, data acquisitions, and commercial pipelines — including market expansion research, disease model development, and hospital partnerships
-   Coordinate cross-departmental projects end-to-end: scoping, delivery, workforce capacity, and resource allocation
-   Identify bottlenecks early, own documentation, status reporting, and risk logs
-   Exercise lateral influence, mediate competing priorities, and keep executive stakeholders aligned across Clinical, Commercial, and Tech
-   Report directly to the COO and support strategic planning

## Requirements

**What you need to succeed**

-   **5+ years in project management in healthcare or regulated environments**
-   Experience in client-facing or customer success roles, including escalations
-   Exposure to strategic planning and KPI evaluation across departments
-   Proven track record managing cross-functional programmes at scale
-   Strong lateral influence and stakeholder management with executive teams
-   Skilled mediator, exceptionally organised, and comfortable with ambiguity
-   Fluent in English and Spanish

**Tools & certifications**

-   Familiar with PM frameworks and agile methodologies in regulated environments
-   Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and AI productivity tools
-   Experience with PM software (Jira, Asana, Monday or similar)
-   _Nice to have_: PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent)

**Languages**

Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English is required. The role operates across international teams and external partners in both languages.
