## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer a position for a French-Speaking Customer Agent specializing in the automotive sector to work in Greece, with a paid relocation package. This role is perfect for French-speaking professionals eager to provide excellent customer service within the automotive industry. You will be responsible for assisting clients with product inquiries, support, and issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding customer support in French across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with automotive product information, inquiries, and troubleshooting.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues enthusiastically and efficiently.
-   Maintain detailed records of all interactions within CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with other departments to enhance services and customer satisfaction.
-   Stay updated on automotive industry trends, products, and company policies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector, is a plus.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
-   Ability to adapt to living and working in Greece.
-   Strong computer literacy including CRM tools and communication software.
-   Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation support provided.
