## Description

### Job title: Mold Set-Up Technician

**Job Summary:**

Responsible for setting up, changing, operating, and maintaining injection molds and molding equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Install, remove, and set up molds and adjust machine settings.
-   Prepare materials and operate molding and auxiliary equipment.
-   Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with repairs.
-   Complete setup paperwork and production checklists.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
-   Work with team members to meet production and quality goals.

1st shift: 6:30 am -2:30 pm M-TH, 6:30 am -3:00 pm FRI

Location: Racine, WI

Job type: temp-to-hire

Salary: $22/hr

## Requirements

-   Minimum 1 year of molding setup experience; apprenticeship preferred.

-   High school diploma/GED or equivalent manufacturing experience.
-   Reliable attendance and flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.
-   Strong communication skills and basic computer/ERP skills.
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull material carts, stand or sit for extended periods, and bend, reach, and stretch as needed.
