### Key Responsibilities

-   Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, handling inbound inquiries related to shipments, freight bookings, delivery tracking, and cargo status via phone, email, and live chat.

-   Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues related to delayed, damaged, or missing shipments, escalating complex cases to the appropriate freight operations team when necessary.

-   Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and shipping transactions within the company's CRM and freight management systems.
-   Proactively communicate shipping updates, service disruptions, or regulatory changes to Italian-speaking clients to ensure transparency and build long-term customer trust.
-   Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring customer pain points and sharing actionable feedback with the wider customer service and operations teams.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Italian language skills (both spoken and written) are absolutely essential for this role, as you will be communicating exclusively with Italian-speaking customers on a daily basis.
-   Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment eligibility).
-   A solid command of English is required for internal communication, reporting, and coordination with the US-based shipping operations team.
-   Previous experience in customer service, logistics support, freight coordination, or a related shipping and freight environment is highly advantageous.
