**Location:** Greece (Relocation Opportunity Available)  
**Job Type:** Full-Time (40 hours per week)

We are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers on behalf of Miele. Based remotely in Greece, you'll be responsible for answering customer enquiries remotely, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full training is provided.

## Requirements

·      You must have a C1/C2 level of **German**, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.

·      Your native language and nationality _must_ be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.

·      You must have a valid EU passport.

·      You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
