Job Title: Senior Business Development & Operations Manager  
  
Mission: To drive regional market expansion for a premier global Project Management Consultancy (PMC) by securing strategic partnerships, nurturing high-value client relationships, and bridging the gap between new commercial opportunities and efficient operational management. Based in KL regional HQ.

Key Responsibilities  
\- Growth & Partnerships: Prospect new clients, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue across the regional built environment sector.  
\- Contracts & Compliance: Draft, review, and redline commercial proposals and contracts (including NDAs, vendor, and employment agreements) while ensuring regulatory compliance.  
\- Operations & Metrics: Manage local office administration, oversee health and safety, and monitor KPIs to optimize business performance.

\- Commercial Real Estate / Office Fit-outs / Banking HQs / Silicon Valley Tech office

About You  
\- Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven business development or commercial experience with a track record of meeting revenue targets in the Construction, Infrastructure, or Built Environment sectors.  
\- Industry Background: Direct experience working within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or on the client side.  
\- You may be a Business Development Manager or Commercial Lead with experience in Project Management Consultancies (PMCs) or Corporate Real Estate / REITS.  
\- Academics & Mindset: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, combined with strong negotiation skills and data-driven strategic thinking.
