**Overview of Duties:**

The OSM Lead will be involved in all key aspects of MSL’s Off Site Manufacturing Process, including **Planning, Safety, Construction, Quality, and Engineering**.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Act as the coordination lead for all fabrication activities between CED, Workshop, OSM, and Site teams.
-   Ensure all projects meet NDT requirements as per project specifications. _(Note: Workshop QA/QC Lead will organise execution of NDT.)_
-   Ensure QA/QC documentation (load plans, shipping lists, weld logs, NDT reports) is completed on time and to a high standard.
-   Ensure the Workshop Engineering Team adheres to all responsibilities outlined in the Workshop Process Flowchart.
-   Resolve engineering queries arising from fabrication isometrics.
-   Prioritise off-site pipe fabrication to align with the agreed schedule.
-   Liaise with MSL Project Managers to monitor and maintain the fabrication schedule.
-   Coordinate fabrication deliveries using load plans requested by site teams.
-   Review project load plans and issue lookaheads to the General Supervisor to ensure delivery to OSM/Site in a timely manner.
-   Attend weekly production, scheduling, and QA meetings.
-   Work with the MSL QA/QC Lead to ensure adherence to the full fabrication process.
-   Ensure Tech Mods are completed correctly and promptly, with accurate red-line isometrics after fabrication.
-   Manage revision control when notified of holds placed on isometrics by Site/Document Control.

-   Strong, in-depth knowledge of piping isometrics (essential).
-   Excellent communication and reporting skills.
-   Competent user of EIDA and ISAMS systems.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
