## Description

We're looking for a **US Healthcare Recruiter** to own high-volume clinical recruiting across assigned markets, primarily sourcing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in North Carolina and South Georgia. You will manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, while maintaining clean pipeline records, hitting daily performance targets, and keeping all stakeholders informed proactively.

This is a structured, high-output role requiring strong organizational skills, consistent daily reporting, and the ability to manage 50 or more candidate interviews per week without compromising quality or communication standards.

### What You'll Work On

**Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Management**

-   Own primary sourcing of RBT and BCBA candidates across North Carolina and South Georgia
-   Review and triage high-volume inbound applications on a daily basis
-   Maintain accurate candidate records in Ashby and keep the full recruitment pipeline current at all times
-   Conduct proactive candidate engagement on job and social platforms to warm up hard-to-fill markets ahead of active postings

**Candidate Interviewing and Coordination**

-   Conduct approximately 50 or more candidate interviews per week averaging 8 to 10 per day
-   Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and BCBAs
-   Ensure timely and professional communication between candidates and clinical teams throughout every hiring stage

**Stakeholder Communication**

-   Respond to all emails within 2 hours in accordance with client requirements
-   Provide proactive pipeline updates to BCBAs every 3 days or daily depending on activity level
-   Maintain consistent communication alignment across all internal and external stakeholders

**Reporting and Performance Tracking**

-   Submit daily End-of-Day reports before logging out each day
-   Submit weekly summary reports every Friday

**Job Board and Advertising Management**

-   Manage Indeed job postings and advertising budgets including ongoing optimization and spend control
-   Adjust, pause, or optimize underperforming ads based on performance data
-   Maintain cost efficiency across all job advertising spend

**Systems and Team Support**

-   Maintain accurate availability status in Google Chat and verify active sign-in on Insightful after any system disruption
-   Operate accurately across Ashby, Indeed, Google Chat, and Insightful
-   Support onboarding and operational ramp-up of new recruiters as the team scales

### What You Bring

-   Proven experience recruiting clinical or healthcare professionals in the US market
-   Familiarity with RBT, BCBA, or similar licensure-focused recruiting pipelines
-   Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume interview schedules consistently
-   Experience managing Indeed job postings and advertising budgets
-   Hands-on experience with Ashby as the primary ATS for pipeline management and candidate tracking
-   Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-   Highly organized with strong follow-through, daily reporting discipline, and the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously

### Nice to Have

-   Experience recruiting in North Carolina or South Georgia markets specifically
-   Background in ABA, in-home healthcare, or licensed direct care recruiting
-   Experience building pipelines in hard-to-fill or rural markets
-   Prior experience supporting or training junior recruiters
-   Familiarity with Insightful or Google Workspace
