**Sales Representative – Pro-Vision Painting & Home Improvement**

**Pay Range:** _$100,000 – $200,000+ per year (100% Commission + Incentives)_  
**Benefits:** _Company vehicle, commission advances, pre-qualified leads, sales training & development opportunities_

**About the Role**

_As a Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners, guide them through solutions for their projects, and help them confidently move forward with improvements to their homes. This role is designed for driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want the opportunity to build a high-income sales career._

**Responsibilities**

-   _Meet with homeowners through company-provided, pre-qualified leads_
-   _Guide customers through project solutions and estimates_
-   _Manage the full sales process from consultation to signed agreement_
-   _Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners_
-   _Consistently follow the company sales process and training systems_

**Success in This Role Looks Like**

-   _Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets_
-   _Maintaining strong close rates on company-provided leads_
-   _Delivering an exceptional customer experience that leads to referrals and reviews_

**Required Qualifications**

-   _Self-motivated with strong work ethic_
-   _Excellent communication and relationship-building skills_
-   _Ability to manage schedule and appointments independently_
-   _Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record_
-   _Must pass background check and drug screening_

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   _Experience in sales, customer service, or home improvement (not required)_
-   _Strong goal orientation and competitive mindset_
