## Description

### Job Title: Porter

Join the dedicated team at LV Petroleum as a Porter, where your role is vital in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and employees. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the facility's cleanliness and assisting in various operational tasks, contributing to the excellent service our company is known for.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces.
-   Ensure trash and recycling bins are emptied and maintained throughout the facility.
-   Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks, reporting larger issues to the appropriate maintenance personnel.
-   Support event setups and breakdowns, handling furniture and equipment as needed.
-   Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when replenishments are needed.
-   Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee and customer inquiries and assisting where necessary.
-   Follow safety and health guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free workplace.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-   Prior experience in a custodial or maintenance role is a plus but not mandatory.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
-   Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, pushing, and moving items as needed.
-   Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
-   Able to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
