## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a skilled French Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Sofia. This position is vital to maintaining a safe and trustworthy online environment for our users. As part of our team, you will monitor, investigate, and manage content to uphold digital safety standards and ensure compliance with policies.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor user-generated content and platform activities to detect safety risks and violations.
-   Conduct thorough investigations into reports of misconduct, utilizing analytical skills to evaluate data and make decisions.
-   Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop and implement safety protocols and guidelines.
-   Prepare detailed reports to communicate findings and trends to internal stakeholders.
-   Stay up-to-date with emerging digital safety trends and potential threats.
-   Promote awareness of digital safety best practices among users and stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with users and team members.
-   Attention to detail and ability to work proactively and independently.
-   Familiarity with digital content management systems and online safety tools.
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
