## Description

We are looking for a **Senior Mechanical Engineer** to join our Design Engineering team and take ownership of complex, end-to-end mechanical studies across a diverse portfolio of private and public projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of integrated mechanical installations, applying your technical expertise across all MEP disciplines. You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contributing to technically demanding projects while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.

## Requirements

**Essential Qualifications**

-   Degree in Mechanical Engineering (University level – AEI)
-   Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and development of mechanical installation studies
-   Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **Revit MEP**, **4M** used on a daily basis
-   Proven experience delivering complete studies across:

-   Heating, Cooling & Air Conditioning **(HVAC),**
-   Hydraulic installations (water supply, drainage & surface water management)
-   Ventilation, exhaust systems & smoke extraction
-   Fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, pump sets)
-   Natural & mechanical ventilation

-   Ability to perform load calculations, flow analysis, equipment selection and system sizing
-   Experience with energy studies, **KENAK** and **TOTEE** frameworks
-   Strong knowledge of applicable legislation, **ELOT** standards and project licensing procedures
-   Ability to produce technical reports, quantity take-offs and tender documentation

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience in **BIM modeling** and MEP coordination
-   Familiarity with calculation software such as **Dialux, Carrier HAP, McQuay** or equivalent
-   Certification as an **Energy Inspector**
-   Experience with **Class A+** buildings or **Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB)**
