## Description

Our client, a pediatric therapy organization, is seeking **Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)** to join its growing team.

They prioritize enabling BCBAs to focus on clinical care by providing strong administrative and operational support:

-   **Scheduling Support:** A dedicated team ensures consistent client scheduling
-   **Quality & Reporting:** Ongoing support with documentation, training, and quality control
-   **Billing:** Full management of claims and reimbursement
-   **Administrative Support:** Includes practicum students, floor managers, and front desk teams
-   **Behavior Technician Hiring & Training:** Centralized recruiting, onboarding, and training
-   **Career Development for BTs:** Structured pathways to ensure a well-trained, motivated team

## Requirements

-   BCBA certification
-   Bachelor's degree (entry-level candidates welcome)
-   Passion for working with children and families in an ABA setting
