## Description

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled **Evening Long-Term Care Nurse** to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will oversee resident care, administer medications, and lead shift staff during the evening hours to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our long-term care residents

RN/LPN

Full-time/Part-time

2:00pm-10:30pm $3 shift diff

Every other weekend/holiday

-   **Medication & Treatment:** Administer prescribed medications and treatments in compliance with safety protocols and state/federal regulations.[](https://jobs.sigmanursing.org/career/long-term-care-nurse/job-descriptions)
-   **Assessments & Documentation:** Monitor resident vitals, evaluate condition changes, and document accurate notes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.[](https://jobs.sigmanursing.org/career/long-term-care-nurse/job-descriptions)
