## Description

Personal Assistant / House Manager (In Person — Miami, FL)

About the role

A Miami-based couple is looking for a dependable, highly organized Personal Assistant / House Manager to keep their home and daily life running smoothly. This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who anticipates needs before being asked — you notice the empty fridge, the messy closet, the trip next week with no plan, and you handle it.

This is not a deep-cleaning role (a cleaning team handles that) and not a business/corporate admin role. It is a home-and-lifestyle role with light personal-assistant duties.

Schedule & compensation

- In person at the residence in Miami, Monday–Friday, approx. 12:00pm–4:00pm (~4–5 hrs/day, ~20 hrs/wk)
- Flexibility to start earlier or stay later on occasion, plus weekend availability by phone for occasional requests
- $2,000–$3,000 per month, plus performance bonuses
- Start date: October

What you'll do

Household management

- Keep the home organized day to day: tidying after meals, resetting rooms, light cleaning as the day goes on (no deep cleaning)
- Organize closets, pantry and storage; clear out expired food; manage laundry, packing and unpacking
- Grocery shopping and restocking household essentials
- Prepare coffee, smoothies and approximately one light meal per day (other meals come from a meal-prep service)
- Oversee cleaners, vendors and deliveries when they are on site

Personal assistance

- Send a short morning message with the day's schedule
- Book meetings and appointments on request (simple scheduling — no negotiating or complex correspondence)
- Make restaurant and activity reservations
- Plan travel end to end for last-minute trips: flights, packing done in advance, and a full itinerary with dinners and activities
- Run errands: pickups and drop-offs, coffee and lunch runs, returns and exchanges, buying and wrapping gifts

## Requirements

Who you are

- 2+ years in a house manager, personal assistant, household staff, hospitality or high-touch service role
- Genuinely proactive and type-A: you think two steps ahead, plan early, and never leave things to the last minute
- Reliable and physically present — when something is needed, you go get it rather than outsourcing it to a delivery app
- Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable in a private home
- Detail-obsessed about order, tidiness and how a home looks and feels
- Conversational English, valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Based in Miami or able to commute there daily
