## Description

**Job Title: Senior Data Management & Power BI Specialist**  
**Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Management & Power BI Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will support data management initiatives, identify opportunities to generate business value from data, and develop Power BI solutions that enable informed decision-making.

This position requires a **native Arabic speaker with fluency in written and spoken English**.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Implement data management practices covering data governance, data quality, metadata, and data lifecycle management.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize data use cases aligned with business objectives.
-   Define KPIs to measure data value realization and the business impact of data initiatives.
-   Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
-   Develop and optimize data models using DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
-   Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
-   Validate data accuracy and consistency across reporting sources.
-   Present insights and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
-   Prepare documentation and support knowledge transfer to business users.

## Requirements

**Required Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
-   Minimum of **5 years of relevant experience** in data management, business intelligence, and analytics.
-   Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data value realization.
-   Proven hands-on experience with **Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and SQL**.
-   Experience translating business needs into dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-   **Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.**

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Familiarity with Saudi National Data Management Office (NDMO) standards and requirements.
-   Experience with enterprise data platforms and data integration processes.
-   Relevant certifications, such as CDMP or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
