### **Architectural Design Studio Manager**

CLEAR is seeking an experienced and dynamic Architectural Design Studio Manager to lead our design studio team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations, coordinate project workflows, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to deliver high-quality architectural projects.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1.  **Studio Leadership:**
    -   Manage and lead the architectural design studio team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
    -   Promote a creative and supportive culture that encourages innovation and professional growth.
2.  **Project Coordination:**
    -   Oversee the progress of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
    -   Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to streamline workflow and resource allocation.
3.  **Quality Control:**
    -   Review design outputs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
    -   Implement quality assurance practices and continuous improvement processes within the studio.
4.  **Resource Management:**
    -   Manage staffing, recruitment, and professional development to build a skilled and cohesive team.
    -   Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.
5.  **Client & Stakeholder Engagement:**
    -   Collaborate with clients, consultants, and management to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
    -   Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
6.  **Strategic Planning:**
    -   Contribute to the development of studio goals, strategies, and growth plans.
    -   Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance studio capabilities.

## Requirements

### **Educational Background**

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

### **Professional Experience**

-   At least 7 years of experience in architectural design with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

### **Technical Skills**

-   Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
-   Strong understanding of project management tools and processes.
